The Things you NEED to Master for Health and Happiness!
When we are healthy and when we are happy, our physical body and how it expresses itself, aligns with that.
Most people, thanks to centuries of propaganda, have NO idea how much energy their body actually requires and this has led to a massive percentage of women under-eating and experiencing suboptimal health and happiness.
Today I talk to the true fundamentals that we have NOT yet mastered, that if we DID, would transform everything, including our bodies.
No more supplementing, biohacking our juice cleansing your way out of feeling unhappy in your body.
Master these fundamentals before you even think about changing your body!
Consume your bodies energy requirements – what it needs to function optimally! Eat enough and eat quality!
Drink plenty of water. At least 3L a day and allow your body to detox itself. No need for expensive detox pills.
Manage your stress and how you cope with it. No more ignoring it.
Get enough quality sleep.
Emotional and mental health – are you safe with your emotions? Are you nourishing your inner world?
Check in with where are at with this reflection
Do I feel energetic and healthy?
How does my body feel when I move?
How is my digestion? Do I go to the loo often?
Am I Happy? In my job, relationships, with myself?
Am I having fun, laughing and experiencing joy?
A certain size, shape or weight will not fill your health or happiness gaps. It’s time to give diet culture the finger!
